Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Before registration, please get in contact with your IAESTE national committee, in case there is a procedure of selecting participants in your country.

There is a limit of five participants per country. Since the focus of this event is on new members, we expect that each country sends a delegation at least half of which is comprised of IAESTE members with no prior international experience (GC, SID or JUMP) or are IAESTE members less than 1 year. We reserve the right to turn down registrations at our sole discretion if a delegation does not meet these criteria.

The maximum number of participants allowed for this event is 70. If not all places are taken after August 31, 2010, last minute registration without country limit will be allowed. Registrations exceeding the maximum participant contingent or the country quote will be put on a waiting list.

Because the process to get a visa for Norway can take up to three months it is importaint that this is applied for early enough. To make sure that you get your visa in time we will need to know that you have applied in time before the event, and we will set a requirement for the last day to have applied for a visa. This date depends on the country you are from and you will get a more  information on this when you register.  If you are not sure if you need a visa, go to Event 2010 -> Visa.
