JUMP Staff is very limited and it is mostly composed of:

  • JUMP coordinator, whose main role is to continuously develop and improve JUMP, keep consistency between different events, make sure the highest quality of the training, and motivational event, etc.
  • Event coordinator, who is responsible for organising the event on-site.
